Excellent & Helpful Sales Person One additional point .. the service dept at Fitzgerald could improve. We dealt with Mr. Luis Martinez to have front parking sensors installed (as agr One additional point .. the service dept at Fitzgerald could improve. We dealt with Mr. Luis Martinez to have front parking sensors installed (as agreed with sales). Unfortunately, he is quite inexperience as he rapidly rattled off his communication and we didn't understand a word he said. He needs to learn to communicate more clearly and effectively. Our impression of the service dept. was not very encouraging. While we knew the job was outsourced to another company, we were told it would take over a week to install the front parking sensors !! Mr. Martinez repeatedly told us Fitzgerald cannot do anything to help and made no effort to contact the installation shop. After much persistence we finally got the car back 6 days later (incl. Sat & Sun). Even then we were disappointed that only 2 front sensors were installed when we had asked & paid for 4 sensors (to match the manufacture installed 4 rear sensors) which .. again, we were initially given some mumbled assuarance that the company is experienced and knows its work. Well so much for trusting Fitzgerald's service department. How disappointing! Lastly, we are disappointed the tag transfer was done with the wrong expration date. We have requested for this to be corrected and keep our fingers crossed it will be resolved soon. More
