Their ad said 129k miles on the car. The Carfax report had it up tp 160k+ and marked as odometer inconsistency - rolled back. A continuous sequence of mileages showing 130k, 140k, 150k, The Carfax report had it up tp 160k+ and marked as odometer inconsistency - rolled back. Customer service is not a concept with which they appear to be familiar. They were consistently terrible about communicating updates. If your specific representative is unavailable, they are unable to acce to be familiar. They were consistently terrible about communicating updates. If your specific representative is unavailable, they are unable to access your files. The accounting dept. does not notify the service dept when a payment has been made. In spite of several days advance notice that I was coming to pick up my car, it took 45 minutes for them to get it out of the parking lot. And finally, when I returned a voice mail inquiring about the quality of my service (!) I was transferred 4 times (IT? Sales? Another location altogether?); I never did reach customer service. This is one dysfunctional organization. More
