With each purchase I've found the staff, particularly Marcus, to be very attentive, knowledgeable about the product, and customer focused. Selection is good and if they don't have what you want, they'll find it in short order. With the exception of a few warranty items, they don't push the extras (and, quite frankly, with DC streets as they are I welcomed the opportunity to purchase extra protection for my tires). The service staff at Fitzgerald is excellent, as well. Gods willing, I won't need to go back for at least 5 more years but I will certainly recommend them to others. More
