Ben set up an appointment for us, and had the vehicle in which we were interested moved to the Rockville dealership and ready for the test drive when we arrived. After the test drive, we were able to complete the purchase process in an hour and 45 minutes, which is probably a world record. We look forward to working with Ben when we purchase our next Hyundai.
