Avoid this dealership! If I could rate them zero stars I would. Do not trust them. I ordered a new 2022 Palisade from the factory through this dealership. I had signed the purchase order and was given the V would. Do not trust them. I ordered a new 2022 Palisade from the factory through this dealership. I had signed the purchase order and was given the VIN assigned to my vehicle. I was told the truck with the vehicle would arrive on October 24. When that day came and went without a phone call from the dealership I checked in to see where we were at. I was told the truck was late but not to worry I would get a call as soon as it arrived. Two days later the manager called me to apologize and let me know my car had “accidentally” been sold. The salesman I was working with claims he did not know that was my car when he sold it. This is completely unacceptable and I refuse to believe there was not some level of deception and corruption involved. I now have no car and have to start the process of locating a very hard to find Palisade all over again. Like I said, do not shop this dealership! More
