After being robbed blind, I began to seek alternative methods of maintaining my vehicle. Someone online suggested finding smaller dealerships that specialized in imported cars. Service Center - Excellent Service I have had the privilege of taking my BMW to Simon and the service team for two items that needed attention. Both times my car was serviced efficient I have had the privilege of taking my BMW to Simon and the service team for two items that needed attention. Both times my car was serviced efficiently. I was told what the estimated cost would be and what was being done. Simon walked me through the invoice and made sure I understood what was done. By far the best service experience I have had for a vehicle.
