The Service Manager, Simon, had the brakes disassembled and confir My MB GL was showing a dash indication that the brake pads were needing attention. The Service Manager, Simon, had the brakes disassembled and confirmed that the rear brakes were 'at 4 MM' and should be changed at 3 MM. Simon suggested that I could drive for a while knowing the sensor would cause the dash alert to go on and off from time to time or just have them changed and get the maintenance issue behind me. I appreciated the guidance and had them changed. Simon also gave me a status on my front brakes and told me that I had plenty of time to run on them as well. I appreciated the status and the professional guidance. More
