They conveniently left out multiple pictures of damage. So I think she was hoping we would budge and squeeze us for more. Which I understand to an extent, every dealer plays this game. The dealership was clean and in order. Chase was personable and knowledgeable. However, I notified them that just 2 days after leaving with my Chevrolet Tahoe that it was not starting prop Chase was personable and knowledgeable. However, I notified them that just 2 days after leaving with my Chevrolet Tahoe that it was not starting properly and needed a battery. I unfortunately was told to wait until my post purchase appointment and it would be looked at instead of being told to come straight there and we will make it right. This caused me to purchase a $200 battery in a vehicle I just purchased. More
