I was referred by a friend who had recently purchased there and said he saved thousands compared to prices he was getting locally and I just had to see for myself. I was met inside by Steve Day and he did an exemplary job of matching my needs and budget to just what I was hoping to find/drive. And having been there for a couple of hours I could also see that I was not the only person being served well by the very attentive crew at First Ford. Although courteous people are nice to deal with it is even nicer when the dollars work out and for me the dollars worked out just fine. Thanks to Steve Day and Jay Vasconcellos for setting me up with a F150 that I am thrilled with. More

No such thing as "free for life" Paid what we would have at any other dealership but chose to buy here for the "free for life" program. A flyer with the recommended maintenance schedule was handed to us when we paid, but NEVER explained to us. Found out it will actually cost us $799.52 each year in maintenance in order to not void the lifetime warranty. False advertising at its finest! Will never do business with the "Ruggiero Family Dealerships" again. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of hard working people. While we were there for "package #3 ($286.20) there was someone else complaining about how they were deceived also. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. More
