The service department is straight up unprofessional. Never ordered the part after the initial inspection. No respect for other peoples time, they could not make a 1 minute phone call to the warranty company to close the claim out because they never provided service to the vehicle. Mitch is straight up rude even hung up the phone in a middle a phone conversation because I expressed how displeased I was with their service. Also they wanted to charge me more than the warranty deductible. Took my truck to another dealer got the part in 24 hours. Stay away!!!!!!!! More
I ordered a 2022 Ford F150 Lightning in Feb. It got pushed back to a 2023 which was fine with me as it was price protected by Ford. I just a notification from Ford that it was produced and will ship within a few weeks. I went to the First Ford today and was told there will be a $10,000 ADM charge when I come into buy it. I'm on may sites and see most are paying MSRP for their Lightnings. I wish I would have known that before you order from a dealer you can not change dealers. I would not have ordered this from First Ford as most local dealers are selling for MSRP like a reputable dealer does and not scalp the customer. Quickly! These guys have a reservation mechanism online. Made reservation & gave much info in that process. Followed up with phone call to voice mail from Josh. He answered all questions quite well. In the process an estimation on financing, trade, etc. is made. That estimation is based on the Monroney or sticker price. In closing, Josh indicated the price would be $5,000 more over sticker. WOW!! Sent email to Rob Rocha on this & requested a reply. He took the easy way out and had Kians Rose send me an email. I called her & that pricing was correct. Flatly stated that was the price & hung up on me! As a fellow consumer….avoid both the ‘bait & switch’ tactic of these guys as well as both greedy nature & not so professional behavior. My opinion, but forewarned is in your information. Follow-up! Rob Rocha did finally return my email request & he tried to convince me the above did not happen. Not a satisfactory outcome. However, I can order this car from Ford & get the STICKER PRICE. His argument was the $5,000 up charge was to keep the dealership open. You can’t argue with that. BUT, my advice was show the real price, don’t send the window sticker with that price & no indication of the real price. Also, change the ACCELERATE PROGRAM used for quick reservation of in stock cars & purchase pricing to real price & not the sticker price. Let’s start off by saying Rob is the absolute worst and rudest sales manag I would give a zero if it was an option! BEWARE!!!! Worst dealership ever! Let’s start off by saying Rob is the absolute worst and rudest sales manager I’ve ever dealt with! Told them exactly what I wanted on my trade which is in like new condition so we didn’t waste time. Very strong fair number and they end up pricing it laughable amount away. Sales manager Rob told me I have no idea what I’m doing and that my number was outrageous. He is very rude and had lost 2 sales in 3 weeks by trying to hit a home run on these deals. Will never do business here ever again. Was treated like I knew nothing. 3 other dealerships within 50 miles offered what I want and I don’t even need to buy a vehicle!! Truck community is very tight. Never bring a trade here you’ll get hosed. Steve Day is a great salesman. Rob can screw. More
