Joe Murray excellent communication!!! Joe Murray explained all the details and problems and future fixes with the Ram 1500 electrical big board. Yes my Ram truck has electrical gremlins w Joe Murray explained all the details and problems and future fixes with the Ram 1500 electrical big board. Yes my Ram truck has electrical gremlins with radio, wipers, overhead lighting had to be replaced. Joe replaced overhead, Ram should be working om new software fix for big board. Great communication at service center and away from center. Oil change and tire rotation all done!!!! More

Same day service for dead battery. As always, I was checked in quickly and waited for the work to be done. Disappointed Took my van in cause engine light came on. Was supposedly fixed. We drove it back to Indiana. Got within 5 miles of the house and the engine light cam Took my van in cause engine light came on. Was supposedly fixed. We drove it back to Indiana. Got within 5 miles of the house and the engine light came on again. After driving it 1000 miles home it then had 60,800 miles on it and Chrysler says it’s now not under warranty. Going to cost me $2800. Had it been fixed the first time at Firkins I wouldn’t have this problem. More
