First I I called will say that the salesman was a nice guy. I purchased a van online from Firkins. For whatever reason it took quit some time to get the paper work completed on their part. The plan was fo guy. I purchased a van online from Firkins. For whatever reason it took quit some time to get the paper work completed on their part. The plan was for me to fly out and get the van at the airport. Firkins told me the date that they would be ready to meet me at the airport. So, I bought a ticket and ready to go. The day before I called just to make sure that we were still good to go. Good thing I called. They did not complete the inspection and could not deliver the van. Yet nobody called me. What if I flew out and was waiting at the airport? Still I have already purchased the ticket. So they agree to pay me back. This whole time I remained patient and made no waves. Eventually the van is ready to go. Well , at least the paper work is. While talking to the finance guy , I asked about the reembursement for the ticket. He very obviously did not know what I was talking about. He said I am sure that it was taken off the price of the van. He did not research it. I was exhausted dealing with them at this point. I finally got the van. About two miles on the interstate come the rain and immediately the drivers wiper flys off. Inspection? Gets worse. I turn the a.c. on and there is no cold air. The next day the service engine light comes on. What inspection. I called Firkins and they SAY that they will pay me back. Just another FIRKINS LIE.That was September, now in March. Still waiting. I have called back twice and get sent to voice mail and she never calls back. Just another FIRKINS LIE. More
