He was great throughout the entire process and I will say the dealership in the end did make the deal happen so I was very happy with the overall experience, eventually. More

RUN! "manager" Josh Scutt and GM John Gross. You know why. Make it Right! I purchased a 21 Gladiator in 4/2021. I have received letters about your tra "manager" Josh Scutt and GM John Gross. You know why. Make it Right! I purchased a 21 Gladiator in 4/2021. I have received letters about your trade in promos, and after a multitude of letter, emails and phone calls, decided last week Tuesday 11/22 to inquire, while I was there for service. Met with Chris and pinpointed a 2022 Gladiator I would enter into agreement with. "Manager" Josh Scutt entered into the picture, then we agreed on terms. You were to get the vehicle in between Saturday or this past Monday. I put the deposit down and left. We ran our credit, approves instantly, and Chris would follow up. He followed up Wednesday 11/23, everything looks good, and that was it. No contact Thursday of course, but nothing Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday. Then I reached out to Chris Wednesday, inquiring on this agreed upon vehicle. He informed me that he had asked Josh Scutt "Manager " of the deal to contact me and follow up some time ago, and never did. Chris informed me that Josh would get back to me. That was yesterday. I reached out again to Chris today, asked him for Josh to update. He has not. I asked Chris for your contact information to let you know the poor "management " and customer service you have in your dealership, if you actually care. So, in summary, I asked, we selected a car, we agreed on the terms on the LOCAL Gladiator, we ran our approved credit, a deposit was taken, and NO ONE has contacted me, nor will have the decency to follow up. Even if we just asked for my deposit back and went to Sarasota Jeep, the credit was ran, now have to be run again. As a Finance and Operations professional, that does not look good. Where do we stand and how are you going to make this right? I just wanted to buy a damn car. I have little faith now in your dealership. Still no call from Josh Scutt. Another LIE. GM John Gross, you can have my phone to show you employ a LIAR! More
I called to make sure that a part is in stock, was confirmed and price told. Spent 40 min in traffic (one way) and all of the sudden the price is about 60% higher. When I told him that I called just a confirmed and price told. Spent 40 min in traffic (one way) and all of the sudden the price is about 60% higher. When I told him that I called just an hour before and was told a price, he stuck to the much higher price. This is not the first time I have had this exact same issue with this parts department. I will stay clear of this dealership altogether and not even consider buying a vehicle here again. My trust is gone. More
Ram 3500 had an issue, ended up being tires, told the guys that the number they had was a home number and gave them a cell to text, about 3 days after the tires arrived, we called and left 3 VMs with no guys that the number they had was a home number and gave them a cell to text, about 3 days after the tires arrived, we called and left 3 VMs with no return call. We called and left a VM for service mgr (no return call) but at that time we got a call from service saying the vehicle had been done for 2 days and the techs were calling (nope, no missed calls or VMs) and texting the number (house number = no texts). When we picked up the truck the rims were DIRTY, the rims had to be taken off to replace the tires and the techs did NOT wipe them down! They were off, you probably had a rag, it's like a minute per rim, clean up for the customer (or after yourself) so 2 things: Listen to the customer, if they tell you text this number or call this number DO that not what you think, technology is great but customer service is better, next (item 2) go the extra distance for the customer, doesn't need to be above and beyond but at least clean what your touching More
