Unsure about them I originally went to buy the rental car my wife was driving. Brad Saunders our sales person took the time to understand and respect our needs as well as the most important thing, our financial parameters, Brad went off and consulted with the finance department and came back the first time and offered us the deal we were looking for to the dollar, we shook hands and the deal was done, no tedious back and forth haggling over price......WHAT !!! WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT......and to top it all off as if the day couldn't get any better Mr Carl Kovach took care of the paperwork with us in record time, his warm smile and pleasant demeanour made this whole experience wonderfully surreal, we were in and out of the dealership with our new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited in just a couple of hours. Cheryl and I looked at each other on the drive home in our new Cherokee and said "did this just happen, or are we dreaming" a positive and pleasant experience where we don't feel ripped off and no buyer remorse. Brad patiently explained and helped familiarise us with the many features on the Cherokee. Brad Saunders and Carl Kovach were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and made us feel as if we were the most important clients at the dealership. Wonderful experience and then we found a broken lower grill We liked our sales person very much and enjoyed working with her. She showed us all the cars we were interested in. This should have been pointed out to us as buyers from major car dealership. We should not have to detail our purchase before buying.
