He saw the retired army hat and t shirt I was wearing and gave me a "Thank You For Your Service From A Grateful American" coin. I thanked him. He complimented me on my 2015 Chrysler 200s ownership and asked me if I wanted to get rid of it. I told him that I was very satisfied with it and planned on keeping it. He then asked me if I was interested in a Zurich Vehicle Service Contract. He showed me some available options and within minutes I was signing the paperwork. I got my vehicle serviced and future repairs covered with a smile. I always feel appreciated as a customer everytime I visit Firkins. The employees are always professional and friendly. More
