I purchased a new Rave4 from Jack about a year ago. He treated me very well. He was kind, considerate and friendly. My experience at Fiore was great. I was shopping for my first car and had dealt with a few other dealerships that didn't want to really give me the time of day. At Fiore I was greeted by Jack Williams and first car and had dealt with a few other dealerships that didn't want to really give me the time of day. At Fiore I was greeted by Jack Williams and he was fantastic. He did a great job of helping me make the best decisions for myself and never once tried to up-sale me into something I could not afford. From the beginning I could tell Jack was more interested in making sure I left happy and if that meant I was leaving with a new car that was great but if not it wasn't a huge deal. Jack went out of his way to make me feel at home at Fiore. I had such a great experience that my parents were in the market for a new car in September and they decided to go to Fiore also due to the great experience we had with Jack. I have and will continue to recommend Fiore Toyota and specifically Jack Williams to all of my friends and family when they are in the market for a new car. More

Since Mark became our sales rep, we have experienced unusual care and concern from a professional who is honest and interested in our satisfaction. We know our Audis pretty well..its customer service th unusual care and concern from a professional who is honest and interested in our satisfaction. Jack Williams actually drove the car an hour away to us because my wife was ill. Now that's service! We have driven the car over 40,000 miles our first year, with no problems at all.
