Jack Williams at Fiore Toyota gave me the best auto purchase experience in my life. I was stranded in Pennsylvania, in the middle of my ~800 mile drive with an undrivable SUV that my insurance comp purchase experience in my life. I was stranded in Pennsylvania, in the middle of my ~800 mile drive with an undrivable SUV that my insurance company had written off (which was filled with stuff, so I couldn't just take off on a plane), no auto rentals left in the area (due to a 20 car collision and multiple other accidents on a stretch of highway 80 in a snowstorm). I had gone to the nearest Toyota (Stoltz) in Dubois, PA (chosen because they were within walking distance of about 2 miles - they did not offer to pick me up even though I told them I had to walk through a recent snowfall to get there), and they were unwilling to negotiate down to the level that KBB.com considered a "fair" value for a new car even though I told them that I was willing to walk out the door with a new car that night. They even pretty much chased me out the door and told me to wait for new promotions that may or may not come in the next day (I had walked in the last night of the Toyotaton, and apparently, they didn't want to give me the discount). I was so disappointed, I started looking for other dealers. I found Fiore through a website selling used cars and also because Stoltz Toyota kept saying "Fiore may sell to you at or near invoice, but we can't make money doing that", but Fiore was about 70-80 miles away. I explained the situation to Jack at Fiore and Jack actually negotiated with me over the phone (most dealers and sales people refuse to negotiate over the phone and force you to come in so they don't waste their time), and came to pick me up! Jack was patient, a great conversationalist, and just an all around nice guy. He even picked up the phone to help me find insurance (mine was not valid in the state I was moving to). The overall car buying experience couldn't have been better. I got close enough to the price I wanted, a free lifetime powertrain warranty on top of a great deal, and met a wonderful person at the same time. I highly recommend Fiore, and Jack Williams at Fiore. He doesn't BS with you, give you a teaser then change the product on you, and just goes out of his way to make your life easy and pleasant. It was worth the 4 hour round trip drive to purchase from Fiore. More

I had been looking for a used VW beetle for awhile as i had previously owned 2 other ones and loved them. I saw this vehicle when i was driving by last week.
