Very unaccomodating I tried to purchase a brand new 4Runner from this dealership and when I tried to schedule pick up of the vehicle, I was told I wasn't able to pick up I tried to purchase a brand new 4Runner from this dealership and when I tried to schedule pick up of the vehicle, I was told I wasn't able to pick up the car that day because the salesman I was working with was not working that day. Apparently nobody else could have sold me the car. My life is very busy and I rarely have free time. So when I couldn't pick up the car that day, I purchased from another dealer (same day). They REALLY need to work on their customer service skills. You can only purchase a car on their schedule, not yours! More

No waiting for him to run in and get them. THAT was my first WOW factor ( I HATE spending time at a dealership). He spoke VERY well informed about the vehicle and was not pushy at all. I have NEVER had such a painless transaction at a dealership in my life. We have been a Dean Patterson customer for decades and bought over a dozen vehicles off of them (3 Tahoes in the past 15 years) and were never treated as well/professionally as Mark Treated us! After the sale, he spent time with us explaining to us the ins & outs of our 4Runner. This man is a GEM and a valuable asset to your company! I will definitely give my family and friends his name! Exceptional service Not only have I never visited Fiore Toyota, I have never owned one as well. Before going to Fiore Toyota to consider buying a RAV4, I was at Altoona Not only have I never visited Fiore Toyota, I have never owned one as well. Before going to Fiore Toyota to consider buying a RAV4, I was at Altoona Honda looking to buy a Honda CRV. The difference in the way I was treated by both dealerships is like night and day. The Honda place was condescending, arrogant and rude and even if they had met my price point, I seriously doubt that I would have bought the vehicle. In comparison, both Mike Vermillion and Mike Dongell were extremely courteous, kind and knowledgeable in explaining the RAV4. From the test drive to the appraisal of my van of my Chrysler Town & Country Van, they couldn't have been nicer. And to add icing to the cake, they even exceeded my expectations for my price point to my great delight! I definitely would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

At least I thought that's what I wanted. When Bill came out I explained to him I was disappointed that it didn't have a hitch hook up and didn't look like it could tow much weight. (we want to purchase a camper this year). He said "Barb I have a vehicle for you to look at right down here if you would like to." I said," Any suggestions would be great!" Then he showed me the Toyota 4x4 fully loaded with everything we wanted in a luxury vehicle. I told him we would take it! We now own it and we love it. Bill was right-it was the perfect vehicle for Jim and I. We are looking forward to vacation too! We are both retired and now we will be able to go if it's summer or winter.
