He went up and beyond to help me with the purchase, evan as far as to personally pick up documents from me at my work place so that we could get that long line of paperwork squared away before I came in to sign. He didn't rush the purchase, and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle. He called the next day to see if there was anyting I had questions about. Kudos to Mr. Rosen for his knowledge of the vehicle and quality customer service to make the sale as easy and convenient as possible. More

Terrible My wife was due her Regularly scheduled Audi 45,000 mile maintenance. Decided to go to Audi dealer in Altoona instead of normal one in Rockville. Big My wife was due her Regularly scheduled Audi 45,000 mile maintenance. Decided to go to Audi dealer in Altoona instead of normal one in Rockville. Big mistake. Loaner car was Toyota Camry with 150,000 miles that was disgusting. Smoke holes everywhere in interior and a terrible odor in car. It was cold out so our vehicle was not washed but they didn't even vacuum our car. She got wiper blades at $25 a piece and now we discover on net that one of there specials is %15 off wiper blades. Unfortunately, no mention of this. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Part of buying an Audi is the Audi experience. We will be going to Rockville for that experience from now on.. BTW. At Rockville you get a new loaner car, interior vacuum and exterior wash with service and I feel sure the %15 off would have been given to us More
