I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back. More

AutoZone will provide the same level of diagnostics, and you won’t have to pay 132$ for absolutely nothing. More

Called to leave a deposit to hold a vehicle in shipping status until I could see. Sales person said sure no problem but take a non-refundable deposit. I agreed and we proceeded to go over place of employm status until I could see. Sales person said sure no problem but take a non-refundable deposit. I agreed and we proceeded to go over place of employment, income, all the data for a sale. Spent a couple hours between me and my wife answering questions. Longer story short they dont take non-refundable deposits to hold a car. Total waste of time. Drive on by and find a better dealership to work with. More
