Took my 2018 Acadia in for fender clip repair warranty wouldn’t approve it rather blame it on customer. Owned lots of vehicles never happened before. Bought two new vehicles from this dealership. Dealership was informed Friday that we intended to take delivery Monday. While I had to work, my daughter went to pick it up around 1:30. She was told that the salesman had just sat down for lunch...appare delivery Monday. While I had to work, my daughter went to pick it up around 1:30. She was told that the salesman had just sat down for lunch...apparently this dealership ceases to function without this particular salesman being there. After a hour and 20 minutes, salesman shows up. 2 hours later, vehicle is finally “cleaned” and ready. After yet another hour, paperwork is complete...After waiting 3 hours for vehicle to be cleaned and prepped, this dealership and this salesman sent my 19 yr old daughter home in a car that was still dirty inside, with less than 1/2 tank of gas and 2 low tires (sensor was clearly on and car has a display of psi of each tire). It is understandable that sometimes businesses are busy and cannot be perfect, but falling short at every step and then delivering a half assed product is unacceptable and unprofessional. For this to happen directly to me would be bad enough, but to seemingly take advantage of my 19 year old daughter is unforgivable. More
