I was just there for the first oil change which was supposed to be complimentary, but I was told that it has expired since I have not brought my vehicle here at 6th month. The car has oil change notifi supposed to be complimentary, but I was told that it has expired since I have not brought my vehicle here at 6th month. The car has oil change notification and just received the notification. So , basically they do everything to get to you. Service says sales has a decision, sales says service. They lost me for breaking their promise. Adding to the story.... my car has sat in the parking for about an hour. I was waiting outside, and when the service lady, Candy, saw me, she reminded service guy to take the car in. The service guy drove it in front of the service area. I thought it was in line for oil change. After 10-15 minutes, the same service guy drove the car back to the pick up area and told Candy that It was ready. Candy called me over the phone to go to cashier. I told her, the service did not change the oil because I saw the car waiting outside all the time. She said she would talk to service manager too check the cameras to see. Another gentlemen came from the service parts area to listen to my story and he said that do I know why he works there because they do things right. I told him that not at this time and it was not even a mistake. Then Candy called me again to see the cashier. I went there but the cashier has no idea why I was there. After couple minutes, Candy walked in and told me that they will review the footage on Monday so the oil change is free to me. I told her that what is free , no oil change was even done and it is free? She got speechless. I just asked my key and left. What a place that what they have done to maybe many others. Watch out when you think your car is being serviced there and you think it is really being serviced. More
