Last service visit for JUST an oil change/rotation took 3+ hrs! Glove compartment was ransacked with some contents left on the front floor, lug nut adapter left in front seat and was originally its holde 3+ hrs! It took 4 1. 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation not sure why! Never got my lug kit back with the lug nut socket.
