Made an appointment for Thursday, brought it in and was told that it was in a “que” and wouldn’t be able to look at or diagnose it until the following Monday. Whats the point of an appointment. My vehicle told that it was in a “que” and wouldn’t be able to look at or diagnose it until the following Monday. Whats the point of an appointment. My vehicle has an extended warranty and I was not able to get a rental (off site) until the vehicle had been diagnosed. Needless to say, I took my vehicle elsewhere and will never take it back. I am very disappointed with the service department. I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. At 11:14 I received a text that my truck was in line 2 hours and 45 minutes after app I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. At 11:14 I received a text that my truck was in line 2 hours and 45 minutes after appointment. Then at 1:14 I receive a text that it was ready. That is 4 hours and 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. That is unacceptable. Then when you get there and argue about the long wait the service employees act like it is no big deal like it happens all the time. I asked to talk to the manager but he was at lunch at 2:30. They did not offer any compensation like free oil change next time or anything. I will be going to a different chevrolet dealership for my next service. I am contemplating on posting this on facebook and yelp More
