Upon checking out of our hotel we found the driver door electric not working and window would not go up. We went to Finley and Kenny was super helpful and got my XC40 looked at. Since the harness part woul electric not working and window would not go up. We went to Finley and Kenny was super helpful and got my XC40 looked at. Since the harness part would take up to 4-5 days to get to Las Vegas, Kenny was able to get the window up so I could drive the 6 hours home safely. He printed out my info so I could take to my dealer when I got home. It could have been a nightmare but Kenny and rest of Volvo service people saved us! We were in and out and on our way in about an hour. More
