I don't know yest but I am bringing in my 2006 As of 01/10 I bought a 2006 Volvo from Chrysler, jeep in Henderson! I thought that I would get a better car than buying from independent people who don't take car I bought a 2006 Volvo from Chrysler, jeep in Henderson! I thought that I would get a better car than buying from independent people who don't take care of cars... Wrong! In a month, this car broke down on me twice, the dealership now says, "Can't figure what's wrong with this car. You need to pay for ..... Long story short, help me!! I looked and talked to a lot of Volvo owners and kinda know what I see... Please don't take advantage of me!! I will write all you back if it works out with the Volvo Dealership on Shahara!!! Nevada! More
Do not trust Las Vegas volvo I wouldn’t trust this dealership at all I was told my car would cost a grand before the guy even analyze the problem that I was sent inside to a sales I wouldn’t trust this dealership at all I was told my car would cost a grand before the guy even analyze the problem that I was sent inside to a sales manager told me that I wouldn’t get approved anywhere else and I should be happily almost $500 from two choices he gave me any at about 500 cars on the lot then I was also told I should give them a blank check that he would give me $1000 to put towards my deposit to trick the bag into thinking that I gave a bigger deposit More
The best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! Findlay Volvo, and especially Operations Director, Erich Christjansen, took such great care of me and my new (used) 2012 S80, that I am still overwhel Findlay Volvo, and especially Operations Director, Erich Christjansen, took such great care of me and my new (used) 2012 S80, that I am still overwhelmed that a car dealership would go so far above and beyond the normal level of service to do the right thing. Barely three months after I bought my car, some major repairs (approx $2800) were needed. I sent Erich an email and within an hour, he called me on the phone. He then asked me to bring the car back in, and they would look further into what repairs were needed. The day after I brought it in, I got a call from the Service Dept. saying my car was fixed (at no cost to me) and I could come pick it up. I dropped the phone and broke out in tears. I couldn't believe that a dealership could be so caring for their customers. When I came to pick up my car, I gave Erich a big hug and couldn't thank him enough. They now have a customer for life. Thank you, Findlay Volvo. You are the best! More
Service dept. saved my vacation Outside of las vegas on my way to Colorado my C30 lost power and got an error message of reduced engine performance. Car would not drive over 45 mph. So limped onto vegas and went to Findlays at 10:00 am. Obviously i didnt have an appointment, just an emergency since I had to meet family in colorado. Mechanics were busy but Jarrett Wallace great customer service guy in repairs did some initial diagnosis and talked to them about my situation. Next thing I know car is in the garage -- . I thought maybe I had blown the turbocompressor - car has 166000 miles on it, but turned out just a couple air hoses had come off. I was back on the road by 12:15. Thank you Jarrett and service technicians for all your great help. More
