I went in because my "low tire" icon was on. A large screw type nail was found to be the culprit and because of the angle, a patch job would not work. Richard was very helpful. The tire I wanted was not in stock but he found one that could be delivered the next morning. Leaving my car at the dealership gave me no transportation for the evening. He comped me a rental. I was on my way and returned the next afternoon to retrieve my car with its new tire. However, I do miss the free car wash option that you once offered. More

I arrived at 1:45 for my appointment. I was screaming immediately. The car was taken back quickly. I was promised completion by 3:15 PM. At 3:40 PM I went to the cashier and she Located my service rep. He had somehow put my ticket in the wrong place. So no one notified me that it was ready. I was not happy at that time When I got in the car, I noticed that it had not been washed. It has been several months since I had had service there because the Toyota does not require Repairs I have been a friendly Toyota customer for a long time and it seems like it’s gotten too big. You don’t feel like you’re a customer. It’s more like you’re being processed through the system. More
