About two days after this service, the check engine warning illuminated. In the course of the last twenty years, I purchased five vehicles at Findlay Toyota: 2 4-runners, FJ-Cruiser, RAV-4, and the Highlander. I have lost complete confidence of Findlay Toyota; and will not return to their service department again. More

I have the complaint that whenever I go to the dealer there is always something that needs repair and many times it is not necessary. They told me it needs tires and alignment, when I already did it. There was one time when they recommended doing a job that had already been done by the previous service, I discussed this with a service person. And the last thing is that in the last service, they told me that there is an oil leak and that the repair is almost $5000, I can't believe that a Toyota car starts to break down so soon, I have only had the car for 3.5 years, I haven't even finished paying for it and I already have to do a $5000 repair? The truth is that after the prepaid services I have, I will not use them anymore. I think it is true that they only want to make easy money. It is very sad that one cannot trust you. More
