I was very pleased with the service on my last visit. The service advisor helped with making sure all services were up to date. I recently had to get a new phone and had difficulty with syncing the pho The service advisor helped with making sure all services were up to date. I recently had to get a new phone and had difficulty with syncing the phone with my 2011 truck. The service department required extra time to update the bluetooth capabilities so the phone would be compatible. The service advisor made sure I was aware of the extra time and steps that were required so the phone would sync up properly. Thank you Vince Argentine for taking the extra to sync the phone up in my car!! Your time is very much appreciated. More

They treat people differently. My 16 year old daughter took her car in, they made her sit there for almost 2 hours. She had to approach them asking if her car was ready and the lady was like oh yeah your took her car in, they made her sit there for almost 2 hours. She had to approach them asking if her car was ready and the lady was like oh yeah your cars been ready. When she pulled up a guy approached the car and then decided he didnt want to help her made her sit there until a lady came out. The customer service is not good. I also had booked the appointment and asked them to put her information, gave the lady her name and number but they acted stupid when she showed up. Shouldnt matter if shes 16 or 60...treat people with respect and respect their time. More
