I have dealt with Findley Toyota in Henderson on several occasions. I have purchased two vehicles from them. Both times it was a pleasant experience. Most recently I took my Highlander into their shop for a occasions. I have purchased two vehicles from them. Both times it was a pleasant experience. Most recently I took my Highlander into their shop for a trouble light coming on. They swiftly took care of it for a very reasonable price because it was not covered under the warranty. No pressure to upsell services to me. I used to dread shopping for a new vehicle because it has been my past experience that salespeople are usually like vultures. As soon as you wonder onto their lot, they are laser-focused on selling you something whether you want it or not. If not, they treat you like you must be stupid. This has never been the case at Findley Toyota in Henderson. If you go there look up Sam, he was great to work with and a very nice guy. Even after I bought and paid for my vehicle, he said to call him if I ever needed any help from him. So, I did when I was having trouble getting it registered and he did indeed help me. When I took my car in for service Sam recognized me (two years later) and came over to talk with me. Again, offering his services if I needed any help with anything and asked if the service Dept was treating me right. Not to mention that Toyotas are very reliable vehicles if you take care of them. More
