I've purchased a total of seven vehicles from Findlay in the past 15 years. My latest experience was with the service department, more specifically their glass coordinator. My insurance company was being obtuse and dragging their feet on a glass repair that immobilized the vehicle. Tanya was relentless in following up with them. She'd update me daily on the status of my claim, conference in third parties with me if needed, and didn't stop going after the insurance until they agreed to pay my claim. She took care of working with the parts and service departments to get parts in, schedule my repair appointment etc. She's a gem. I work with Phill Crabtree as a service adviser. Also a top notch member of the team there who is easy to work with, and gets the vehicles in and out as quickly as possible. More
