I felt very rushed. The salesman seemed like all they wanted to do was push for the sale. I was planning on getting the car but he was very pushy when it came to getting The salesman seemed like all they wanted to do was push for the sale. I was planning on getting the car but he was very pushy when it came to getting the paperwork filled out and the money processed. And when it was time to do the final walkthrough and set up, I was barely helped to get everything right. I had to come back several times to get my second key fob. And when I got my car, the exterior was completely dirty. When I asked about it, the salesman responded that it rained the night before. He even told me to let him know when I was coming so he could wash it before I came. He made it seem like he didn’t offer to wash the car until someone else talked to him about it. I just felt very under appreciated and not taken care of as a customer. Salesmen like him always made me never to want to buy a new car. This was my first and probably last time buying a car from Findlay Toyota. More
