I had the kind of man, Mr. Tyler show up to the car and help me promise to get me in and out as soon as possible any gentle little over an hour. I worked with Rich Grzeda for about 4 hours and this was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Rich was absolutely amazing at taking care of me and my wife, if felt like his #1 goal was to mak the BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Rich was absolutely amazing at taking care of me and my wife, if felt like his #1 goal was to make sure we loved our new car and that we were happy with our purchase. He never once was condescending towards us like I've experienced in the past with car salesman. He only treated us with respect and I really appreciated the way he took care of us. When I do buy again in the future I do hope that Rich is still around to help me find a car that I want. I talked to Alex Paz for a few minutes to help finalize the deal and he also seemed like a good guy. If I could give Rich 10 stars I would do that. Buy with confidence when dealing with Rich! More
