I love the Findlay Toyota Dealership in Henderson Las Vegas. You get free 5 star coffee (cappuccino, espresso, lattes, and much more). Wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond for their clients. I do like some other vehicles in other dealerships but Toyota has been good to me since 2012. I can’t leave them. This concerns the body side molding that was installed by Findlay Toyota. The molding was installed at the bottom of the doors where it does no good. I took the car to Findlay and they parked a car very ne Findlay Toyota. The molding was installed at the bottom of the doors where it does no good. I took the car to Findlay and they parked a car very near to mine. When they carefully opened the door of the parked car, they saw that the installed molding did absolutely no good to protect my car. I am asking for a refund for the parts and labor cost of the body side molding. If I don’t hear from Findlay soon, I will be escalating this complaint. More
