Was greeted 3 times very quickly but took 15 minutes standing in the service bay before someone actually started checking me in. The staff was quick on intake. Jaime was very explanatory with what needed to be done. The time it took to service our vehicle was what we expected. My husband would prefer to go to Centennial Toyota because it’s closer to home, but from references that I’ve heard the staff is not as friendly, service takes longer than expected and they’re pushy. I, myself have experienced that the one and only time I’ve gone there to view their inventory. I’m the kind of person that doesn’t like to be sold something I’m not looking for and full transparency, Toyota’s (as far as my experiences and ownership) have one of the most reliable vehicles but I feel are overpriced.
