They are good, not great. I attempted to make this service call a month or so ago. I spoke to a gal in service to make an appointment. She was obviously busy, and she said tha I attempted to make this service call a month or so ago. I spoke to a gal in service to make an appointment. She was obviously busy, and she said that she would call me back but never did. I then recently took the car in (10.25.24) and told the service advisor that at the last service when my tires were checked, they never put back one valve cap on the tire stem. Which of course I discover in my garage later that day. So the service guy said no problem that he was going to give me a couple extra, never did. I originally paid for basic inclusive service when I leased the car, which is close to being up. I will probably shop around when it is up. The reality is all these places are average, and you keep paying the money. The commercials they have on TV are bull sheet, but that is the car business. LOL More

Everyone I was in contact with at the dealership was great. Except for one sales person who rudely interrupted my conversation with Kevin from Findlay Customs regarding purchasing a suspension lift for great.
