The ladies that are located behind the cashier desk are absolutely lazy, rude, and helpless. They will not do anything that involves going a little extra for the customer. All I asked from them was to look up the Toyota Visa Rewards telephone number due to not having any phone service while inside of the Findlay Toyota dealership, they refused to do that and the more seasoned one just sits at her desk, messaging on her phone, giving smirks. Absolutely ridiculous service from them, I have bought multiple vehicles from there and take all of my business there but won't for much longer if this is the type of service and degrading value of customer care that they will be offering. Went for would change. .. issue came after. I was told left rear tire needs to be changed.. I said no.. I'll take care of it. So they advised me all tires had air put in.. . .. issue came after. So they advised me all tires had air put in.. .. picked up my car.. and not even 2 minutes after my tore light turned on. Next morning completely flat tire. Put spare? went to tire shop.. to find out when they filled up my tire at dealer.. the air valve was damaged and we had to replace it for $20.. no issue before dealer, but damaged as soon as we drive off! Not sure if it was done intentionally..or accidently.. either way not ok. More
