The service department at Findlay Toyota is excellent. The service writer, Will Collier, knows what he's doing and is an ethical person. While the wait can be long, it's not really a big deal since I expect it when more than one repair has to be done. It helps that the music played over the loudspeakers is enjoyable. The reason for a four star rating instead of a five has to do more with the sales department and the scarcity of inventory of new vehicles on the lot other than Tundras. And, the prices of new Toyotas have gotten to the point that when it's time for a new vehicle, it may very well be something other than a Toyota. More

I had service over a month ago and my Toyota app still shows that it hasn’t been done so I don’t know if this is a new recall or not. I’ve called three times and still nothing‘s been corrected. I was very happy with the service Jordon Santos provided on 10/30. I would have given Jordon Findlay a higher score if they would have resolved the problem with the body side molding that was installed on on 10/30. I would have given Jordon Findlay a higher score if they would have resolved the problem with the body side molding that was installed on 10/28. Side molding does not belong on the bottom of the doors. It belongs in the middle of the doors where it performs a functional purpose. More
