I originally was going through the Costco Auto Program, which directed me to only one dealership, almost 2 hours away. During my interaction with this dealership, I felt like I wasn't getting a good deal which directed me to only one dealership, almost 2 hours away. I was blown away by the level of respect I was given from the minute I walked in, all the way through, to driving off the lot with my new Rav4 XLE. Neil Yannitelli, sales, Mark Johnson, Manager, and Johnny, in finance, were fantastic. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and found me the perfect Rav4. They beat the costco auto program by $3000! All with a smile and a promise to always provide good service, and I believe it. I am so happy that I went to Findlay of Prescott!
