As the conversation developed, we found a Camry Hybrid LE to our liking. And after an hour of going back and forth with he and the manager, we came to an agreement. My understanding of a good deal is when both parties are pleased with an agreement. From our standpoint, we are very pleased. My issue with the dealership and the financial process is that I left the front door and didn't understand the real price of the vehicle. That should never happen. I'm surprised I settled with just a tacit explanation of some changes that were going to be made only to find out later that I wouldn't really see an accounting of the deal until I paid off the loan after the first (or maybe the second) payment. I never got a final and complete document from the financial department. I really hope that this critique will accomplish getting a clarification. I'll wait a little longer. More
