We just got home with our virtually new 2020 Tacoma, 8100 miles. The folks here at Findlay made the purchase easy. From Tony Meckaroski, a no pressure, no games, no bs "let's work together to find what YOU like, not what I think you should buy" salesperson, to the porters who prepped it for pickup giving it that new vehicle smell, shine, and appearance, to Paul Meyers, the finance guy (who got us a much better rate than we expected) the entire experience was quite rewarding. Miss Melody appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere when we came to complete the paperwork and pick up 'her' new truck. Thanks, folks, for making this a positive experience, a straight-up five outta five!!! More

It's the new Internet version of an old scam. If you go on their site and fill out the info for your trade in, they send you an online purchase order with your trade in amount applied to the vehicle you w on their site and fill out the info for your trade in, they send you an online purchase order with your trade in amount applied to the vehicle you want to buy. But, once you go to the dealership, they refuse to honor the trade in amount. I expected some amount of reduction because we all know dealerships can't be trusted, but they dropped it over $5500! They said they use a "different system" to evaluate trade ins in the dealership than their own on line calculator. It's just a modern bait and switch scam. The sales person even admitted the on line trade in value "brings people in" Of course, the sales person apologizes and tells you they have no control over that or the person who does the trade in value for the dealership. It's just a scam to get you in, and then try to rip you off! More
