I purchased my 2024 Nautilus from Jeff and Paul after a very bad experience at Team Lincoln. My faith in the brand was almost lost when I happen to go into Findlay Lincoln. So I explained that the other dealership NEVER called, texted or emailed back after my visit. 10 minutes later, Paul had me on a test drive. 10 minutes after that, just about closing time, he introduced me to Jeff who basically met my expectation almost immediately after meeting. Both of these guys are exemplary people and made my day as I really wanted one of these brand new models. I didn't just lease this vehicle at Findlay. I will lease my Lincolns to come as well from these two guys. The entire car deal was painless and simple. Jeff and Paul deserve a bouquet of roses. More
