Mostly very happy with experience. The only thing I have questions about is the Black Label experience. When I bought the car I was told a loaner was part of the package but it has not been. Usually I just bring in the car and wait. This time I needed concierge service as I had a business meeting. So I was completely surprised when a loaner didn’t show up with the driver instead the dealer would rather have another car go back-and-forth twice to chauffeur the driver. More
