While the venue is beautiful, There is a bit of confusion as no one greets you when arriving to the service center, so if you’ve never been there before like myself, It wasn’t welcoming. The mobile service to replace our battery at our home is great. Easily made the appointment and the technician arrived early in the time frame given. I also had to call again for a receipt and warranty info because it never came by email or text. This side of the transaction really needs improvement. More
