i would give them 0 stars if that was an option! I took my car in to the service department to have a sensor looked at. They sent me home twice without doing anything. The third time I took it in t I took my car in to the service department to have a sensor looked at. They sent me home twice without doing anything. The third time I took it in they sent me home with a dead battery (a problem I’ve never had before and wasn’t the reason it was in the shop). When my car died on the side of the road I called to see if they could come and jump my car, Alec from the service department told me it’s not their fault and I have to deal with it myself. Very unprofessional and their customer service was horrible. More

I recently had both of our Niro’s serviced. One to repair some damage caused by a raccoon that unfortunately ran in front of our new car and the other to install a spare tire I special ordered One to repair some damage caused by a raccoon that unfortunately ran in front of our new car and the other to install a spare tire I special ordered. In both cases the parts department and service department were right on top of things and went over and above to make sure I was happy.
