Great Service Department I have been taking my van there since it was purchased from the dealership. I have never been disappointed or feel that I have overpaid. The customer waiting area is very comfortable, well kept, and has a welcoming environment. I have also used their shuttle service when the service on the van would take a while. Snake oil salesmen/ great service department I have owned multiple Hyundai or Kia vehicles but after my last experience at Findlay Kia.
