I would like to commend Dalia of the Service Department and Dominic of the Sales Department. My 'Check Engine' light came on with my 2020 Chevy Trax. I brought it in for service. They found Department and Dominic of the Sales Department. My 'Check Engine' light came on with my 2020 Chevy Trax. I brought it in for service. They found a multiple amount of costly repairs. The car had 65,000 miles on it. I am a ride share Driver and needed the car for work. They managed to get me into a newer 2022 Chevy Trax with only 13,000 miles on it. I was surprised, considering my credit score was sub-par due to circumstances beyond my control. They still worked it out for me that very same day. ***** 5 Stars More

The service team always provides the best possible experience. The service agent I deal with Nick Lautenbach has always had ALL of my vehicles (5) looked after. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT - worst customer service I’ve ever experienced being a lifetime Chevrolet owner. They replaced my battery 13 months ago due to the factory installed worst customer service I’ve ever experienced being a lifetime Chevrolet owner. They replaced my battery 13 months ago due to the factory installed battery failing while my truck was still under warranty. The 13 month old battery has now failed. I was finally able to get one service rep, David, on the phone after trying for 6 hours to reach anyone in the service department. I kept being transferred to voicemail or told someone would call me back. All David would tell me was that since the truck is no longer under warranty, there is nothing they can do. The battery itself has its own 36 month warranty that they will not honor. I have tried again all morning to reach someone as David said a superior manager would have to override the warranty issue. No one has called me, and again, all I get is transferred to voicemail. The service department receptionist, Sarah, isn’t even speaking when she answers the phone, she just transfers me back to John’s voicemail. Ridiculous! More
