He is an ultimate Professional and he makes us feel like family. We moved into the Valley 2005. He has been our go to person. This time we asked him to set us up with a sales person. He set us up with Jake. Jake did an absolute great job. Unlike the HORRIBLE experience we had two years ago with Garrett (I hate being lied to over and over). We love both of our Premier Equinox. Jake explained things unlike what Garrett did 20 months ago. Jake took us on a test drive on our new Premier Equinox and explained all of the feature. If it was not for Wayne and the great customer service he had continued to provide us we almost thought of going somewhere else because of the bad experience with Garrett 20 months ago. Most important thing is we love both our Equinox. More

Great business and sales person I should start this review to state I was not the purchaser but went with my adult child to assist them with their first time car purchase. Through the years I have seen good and bad dealers and I was thoroughly happy with the process at Findlay Chevrolet so much that I might consider switching brands for myself next year. David Rothrock is a great sales person. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and put up with the 100 degree weather with us. We started looking at any used SUV but through the process got a "great" deal on a 2019 Equinox. Lets face it, they are about the sale but it honestly felt they were also about making us happy with the outcome which is more important to us. Even in the finance area I did not feel like the typical pressure to get all the add-ons more conversational about what is available and the value (which I appreciated). I know experiences vary by buyer situtation/need and salesperson but if you are looking for a good used car or a new Chevrolet go and ask for David Rothrock More

Worst Dealership Sales Experience Adam Clavette and David Janacek were dishonest and have very low ethical character. Adam Clavette and his boss David Janacek lied about the terms we negotiated over hours and conveniently changed the deal right before going into the finance office. Then Adam Clavette had the nerve to call ME a liar to my wife saying to her that I need to get over my ego and listen to him. Adam told me the only way to buy the car we had negotiated on was for me to finance through GM at a rate double than what we agreed upon leaving me to have come back the following month and refinance with them to get the lower rate that he had initially offered so yet again he could benefit from a new deal. I do not buy into these sleazy sales tactics nor do I appreciate him trying to pit my wife against me to get his double commission. *** THIS DEALERSHIP CANNOT BE TRUSTED*** More
