Findlay Chevy was a very pleasant experience to buy my new truck. From dealing with Steven on the floor to Alix through internet sale their was no high pressure sales. I brought in a 2009 chevy malibu for a steering noise. Had a minor issue with the repair but Findlay Chevrolet stepped up to the plate and took care of it. I wanted to purches a Used car. I found a 2010 Chevrolet Impala the only thing I did not want was a car that had been a rental. I ask the salesman three time if it had been a rental. The salesman assured me that it was not a rental and I bought the car, only to find out a week latter that it had been a rental car. I returned to the sales office and spoke to a manager. The sales manager told me that the salesman made an honest mistake. I traded the 2010 on a 2011 but I ended up losing a couple thousand dollars on the trade. More
