Service writer Gary is friendly, attentive, and informative. He greets you with a smile and a handshake, and represents Cadillac well. That being said - I think $167 for an oil change and 2 wiper blades is ridiculous. No tire rotation, no car wash; nothing else. Their sales dept keeps asking me if I want to sell them my car, and 'trade up' to a 2022 model. Interesting, because they don't have any new cars on the lot to sell !! More

Mr. Epino, I wanted to take the time to let you know about Mark Kalmback. He literally saved me on Saturday, April 30th. I was visiting Las Vegas from Arizona and was returning to Arizona on Sunday. about Mark Kalmback. He literally saved me on Saturday, April 30th. I was visiting Las Vegas from Arizona and was returning to Arizona on Sunday. When I arrived in Las Vegas on Thursday my air conditioning wasn't performing correctly. The air on driver side was slightly cool but the on the passenger side it was blowing warm air. I called the Buick Dealer on Friday morning to try and get an appointment as soon as possible to see if I needed a recharge or possible (like before) the air valves on the passenger needed to be opened. I was given an appointment for Saturday at 2 pm. When the service adviser showed up I was immediately told that they do not have a/c people on Saturday and I could bring it back on Monday. It was written on the ticket as well as the text message I received that my appointment was for problem with a/c. Sorry we can't help you. Same response at the Chevrolet dealer down the street but they suggested trying the Cadillac Dealer across the street. Why not it's a GM product so they would most likely be familiar with the parts or problem. I pulled in and Mark came out. He very nicely explained that the a/c mechanic was booked up and I would need to come back. By this time I was hot, exhausted and beat down. I explained that I had to drive back to Az the next day and between my dog and my oxygen machine overheating we would not be able to get home safely in the heat. He went and talked to the mechanic and came back with a smile and said he would squeeze me in. I can't tell you how relieved I was. In a mess of tears he showed me to a wonderful waiting area and I was able to cool off and relax. I don't think I was even there an hour. The mechanic found the problem but was able to put in enough freon to get me home. The receipt has all the information for my dealer here to do the work which hopefully saves me an additional diagnostic charge. I don't have the name of the mechanic who graciously did the job to thank him but I'm sure you can pass on my appreciation (invoice 500685) and most especially my appreciation of Mark that took the time and compassion to help an old lady. You should be very proud to have employees that care about customers even though my car wasn't from your dealership. Gratefully, Regina DeWees More

This is the best dealership I've ever visited and I'd recommend it to anyone. I made my appointment, I arrived for my appointment and Ashley was there to greet me and she made sure that I was taken care recommend it to anyone.
