The salesman was nice. The service .manager was great. BUT the finance guy sucks. I refused GAP Insurance because I could get it from my insurance company. He got angry and said you would be stupid not to accept it. And that i would zNEVER get financed again if something was to happen . Like i couldnt afford the vehicle or something. Derek and Monica are the definition of perfection in auto sales. My one complaint is I did not get a cool pen Porshe gave me a carbon fiber pen I know Cadillac has cool pens They should give you a fr sales.
