Being new in the Henderson area, we were not sure if the dealership would live up to our high expectations. Our previous dealership in Florida went above and beyond in my opinion to make the sales experience personal, comfortable and informative, and I didn't think their service could be surpassed. But Steve at Findlay really surprised me. After purchasing a new XT5, we found out that my husband would be receiving a new electric wheelchair and lift from the VA. As a result of this, we had to trade-in our brand new XT5 and purchase a larger Escalade to fit the new lift. Steve was wonderful to deal with, handling all the paperwork and showing us all the new features on the larger car. He even made sure the new Escalade had all the cameras and cross traffic alerts that I requested on the XT5. He came to our house several times to help personalize the new car, even on his own time while on the way to the dog park with his pet standard poodle. He is still a valuable asset to us, helping to get the rear seats removed so the new lift can be installed. And all of this personal attention came with patience and sincerity. My husband's disability causes him to move very slowly and have short-term memory loss. Steve took the time to explain some of the new features several times and treated him with total respect. I really appreciated that. And I absolutely LOVE the new Escalade; my car-buying experience couldn't have been better! More

Patient and Fair My husband and I have always had Cadillacs. We are on a fixed income and my husband is disabled. Our last purchase was a Nissan and I hated it. I dragged my husband to Findlay Cadillac even though it is further than the Cadillac near me. I did not like their attitude, We met Steven Hoffman and he was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. After looking at a few models we found what we wanted. After we saw the payment I was upset I would not drive a Cadillac again. Well Steven and his manager Jason found a demo that they were able to make us a very nice payment on a 48 month lease. I can't thank them enough for caring and making it possible. Steven is our guy !! More
Outstanding Customer Service & Care I previously owned a 2009 CTS-V with approximately 20K miles,and was considering to upgrade to a newer model. Decided to call Findlay Cadillac in Hend I previously owned a 2009 CTS-V with approximately 20K miles,and was considering to upgrade to a newer model. Decided to call Findlay Cadillac in Henderson,and had the opportunity to meet Sergio. While these cars are in great demand, Sergio recommended to test drive the new ATS-V sedan and sit in a ATS Coupe for size. Was completely impressed of the comfort and room in the ATS Coupe. Showing interest, Sergio was able to locate the ATS-V sedan and coupe, and personally called me for a test drive within a week. Sergio is very helpful in explaining the logistics of this car, and arranging the purchase of the new Cadillac ATS-V. I would highly recommend Sergio & Findlay Cadillac in Henderson for my next purchase, which will be the new Cadillac CTS-V. Thank You. More
